Service is very slow. Waited by a booth for 10 minutes to be cleaned because all the tables were dirty and no one once turned their head to wipe it off. Also we tried to call in a order around 11:00 PM but since no one answered we drove there and parked. Then called and watched from our car to see if anyone would answer and NO ONE would pick up the phone. I love Waffle House and Shreveport.... but this one is the worst i've been to.
