Called for assistance and got treated extremely rude and unprofessional. I spoke to a Ms Farmer who clearly is uneducated and has no means of providing any kind of customer service. I then called back and she continued to be rude and sarcastic when I asked to speak to her supervisor a Ms Diane Hill. Ms Hill was just as ignorant and nonchalant about how I was treated, women like this should be in a hog pen shoveling s*** instead of providing any kind of customer service to anyone. It sad that people are so miserable that they bring their unhappiness to work with them.
