I have currently been standing outside of Torrid for 16 minutes in the cold rain because, even though they open at 11, they are still doing inventory and "can't let anyone in." I'm not sure the point of having an opening time is if you aren't going to let anyone in when you're open. Inventory should be done and completed before opening hours to prevent customers from having to wait in the cold rain for 20 minutes (it is not 11:18 and I'm still waiting).
I'm not impressed nor am I happy.
