AT&T

Purchased the speck presidio case for a note 8. The case is great, but after I purchased the product I walked outside and removed it from the packaging. The case had these huge scuff spots and gouges, almost as if the case was previously used. $49.99 for a used case, to return it I would have had to pay a restocking fee which is total bs. Horrible customer service and horrible way of conducting business. Why would you sell a used case for $49.99, further more why would the customer that you pulled this bs on have to pay a restocking fee to return it. Literal trash.
