DO NOT USE THIS STORE - They are either willfully dishonest or incompetent.......corporate AT&T isn't much better.
While my visit to the store appeared to go well back in April 2017, after 5 billing cycles and no credit appeared for the free iPhone, I was told by AT&T support that the store sold me a BOGO offer that didn't exist. AT&T refused to handle the dishonesty of their authorized store and make the situation right - even though they claimed they would. The store purposely misled me into buying 2 iphones by adding a line only to put a plan into effect that required also adding Uverse/DirectTV which I told them I wouldn't do when I walked in - thus the alternate offer they sold me. While the sales person was knowledgeable and helpful, I cannot in good faith recommend or use a location who willfully misrepresents (or through incompetence) a plan. After 3 months and numerous hours online and on the phone with ATT I was forced to change my plan, drop the extra line for the free iPhone I didn't get. Over the next 31 months I will recoup my "free iPhone" Next step is to investigate moving to a different provider. I have used ATT for 20+ years, spent over $25,000 of their services and am totally disappointed with their handling of my situation including the store screwing up the order in the first place. AT&T has slowly turned to a pile of garbage over the past 20 years.
