They have two jobs: Get clothing to fit, and have it ready in time. They do neither. My wedding tux took 2 rounds of tailoring to even come close to fitting (I was just lucky I had tried it on prior to the wedding and had the lead time for additional tailoring), half of the groomsmen shirts were nowhere close to fitting. The other half were not ready for pick-up until 36 hours after the pick up time, causing them to have to wait to leave town (out of town wedding) for 36 hours, which meant they missed several wedding events. When asked for a partial refund, I was shocked when the manager said "I need photos proving the shirts didn't fit." After several days of back and forth I finally got a partial refund. This entire fiasco cast a huge shadow on my wedding and caused important people to miss once in a lifetime events. I couldn't have been more disappointed and stressed out by the entire experience.
