I loved the lady that cut my hair. I was nervous as I needed to cut some 10 inches and havent had my hair short in years but kind of needed it cause it looked dry and damaged. She was so friendly, caring, funny and cut it so nicely I was impressed. She also suggested a product (not expensive at all) Im very happy with after using it for a few days. The layers she gave my hair make me love my curls (and my short hair) again. Wish i remembered her name! If i lived in Baton Rouge i would be back every time i needed a hair cut

Warning: The staff at this salon are very unprofessional and they don't do their job properly!! I came for a perm and a haircut and my hair fell out two weeks after. My hair was in patches! I don't like how the manager, Shayla, handled my complaints. I had to talk to the district manager for a refund and she also had an attitude. I will never return to this so called "hair salon"

Do not deserve even 1 star. Unprofessional, ghetto personnel DO NOT WANT TO WORK-there is ALWAYS an excuse why they cannot help a client (we can't cut children hair if it's a chance he will move in chair, we don't have someone to color hair, I'm working alone today) potty mouth language on-going, no respect for clientele. The manager is ok but appears afraid to speak up to her staff.
