Romacelli Bistro Vino

The restaurant seemed out of place in that area. The food was good. They offer a smaller, lunch portion if their dishes which makes this a good place for a light lunch. It wasn't busy at all, but they seated every guest at adjacent booths so it was a bit noisy even though only two other groups were there.
