PODS

Pods will attempt to get an extra month from you. No matter when you cancel service they won't pick up until they can bill for the next month. Customer service are experts at the run around, and passing you around. I was told they would refund the last month, then that it was under review and the last time they would email the local office to get an answer. You can't speak to the local office and they have final say whether you receive a refund for an overcharged month. Stay clear of this company. They are out to get all the money they can from you

I had high hopes for PODS but they're being unbelievably unprofessional!! They give a 3hr window that you can't choose, and then miss it. How?! And now it's 4 hours later, no call, no show, no nothing. I have to move to another state and I'm stuck in their mess. :/ ... called customer service and was given the run around with umpteenth excuses as to why they can't so much as contact me regarding their lack of integrity. I will never use this crappy service again, it doesn't even deserve 1 star.
