PetSmart

They just lost a customer today. I always come to this one because it's closest to my house. I decided that I was going to set an appointment to have my dog groomed. I told the girl at the counter that my dog was up to date on her shots and I gave her my vets name and she called them and verified it. They set my dog up for an appointment. I showed up at my appointment time only to find that the girl who I had set with was gone, and there was a young man there who said that none of that information was saved in the system and if I didn't have her information with me that they couldn't help me today. So, I guess you don't want my money since you couldn't be bothered to call the girl and verify knowing that my vet was already closed even after I told you that a whole other girl was standing there when the call was made. Whenever I pointed to the girl who was literally standing behind the swinging door, he told me yeah, she already left for the day, too. I literally could see her she was still dealing with someone else's pet! He even told me he remembered me being there but he didn't hear what went down so he didn't know. I understand being thorough on your job, but they totally dropped the ball, and they lost a new grooming customer and a long time item customer behind this.
