They were nice at first but today my wife and I had an appointment for 9:30a.m. we arrived at 9:40 5 mins before the 15 min late marker. We stand behind this women at the counter for almost 10 mins of them just talking. Then we walk up to the counter and they walk away for another 10 mins. They come back and we tell them we were here for our 9:30 appointment and at this point is already 10:05. Then she tells me that we're late and we have to reschedule. I explained to them what I just said here that I was here but waited for them. The have the nerve telling me that it only counts if they are sitting there when the people show up.
