Oge's Rent-All Center

Oge's breaks contracts with customer and doesn't refund for their crappy equipment! STAY AWAY!!! And non-pro DIYer's, rent from the big stores (LOWES/HOME DEPOT) that have support after hours. I wanted to give local a chance, but that turned out to bite me. Rented a chainsaw on a Saturday, and planned to start cutting later that afternoon. Didn't know that if I had a problem, there was no way to contact them, and would have to wait till Monday (we needed to start). Had a couple people try to start the rickety old chainsaw, but to no avail. Instead, grabbed one from HD (5 star experience, they even started it in front of me and gave me instructions). When I brought back the failed equipment to Oge's, they had one guy hold it while a giant pulling the starter, and of course, it starts... No remorse for me and not even store credit. Thanks, but no thanks.
