Been visiting this location for years, it's a shame that owners do not support the employees here. Seems like every McDonald's I visit is geared up to service the drive thru which is a.priority. If more attention and support was given to the crews that work the inside counter employees the sales and profits would definitely increase.
Worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. Waited 3 minutes in silence before drive-thru operator responded at speaker box. She claimed she didn't understand what a #1 extra value meal was. Really? Obviously didn't want to take my order; trying to steer customers away. Pathetic! Ray Kroc is rolling in his grave. This location is a complete disgrace to the brand! Should be shuttered. Left without food, in fear of retaliation. Shameful!!
