Great place to buy flooring, unfortunately the people that they contract out to for installation do not take pride in the job they do and leave your floors looking terrible and unfinished. They are also more expensive than if you found an independent contractor to do the job. My floors remain unfinished and despite my numerous calls and complaints I'm told they will come fix it, they set up and appointment to do so then they do not show up numerous times or cancel, reschedule and again not show or call to let you know they will not be here. My floors have been waiting to be finished still nearly 3 months later. Very poor customer service on the installation end of it :( I have called again today and again waiting for someone to contact me again on the issue then will again have to wait for the contractor to contact me to set up yet another appointment with hopes they will actually show up this time and finish the job we paid to have done! The flooring is great and reasonable prices it's unfortunate that they subcontract to such awful contractors!
