Kona Grill - Baton Rouge

The food is great! There are no reservations about that. Why such a low review? There is an air of racism in the atmosphere. I am a Caucasian woman and visit there quite frequently, and have noticed the placement of servers between my race and that of others. I am writing this because I can no longer return given the circumstances and hope that this review will find management well to train their staff on diversity of hard working paying customers. There has even been a difference in wait time from my experience/perspective as well as level of customer service. For example there was a young lady (african-american) that sat waiting for 15 minutes while the bartender continued to speak with other guests who already had service. She ended up leaving. I felt so sorry for her but there was nothing that I could do concerning the issue. This is one example of my observations. I do hope that this is only due to mediocre customer service (which can be corrected EASILY) and not due to the coincidental comparisons of race.
