We had a new house to furnish with 44 windows and 7 exterior doors. The salesman said a 2 to 4 week turn-around on the order and it took almost 4 months. When the windows arrived first, some were scratched and some were faulty resulting in re-orders which took even longer. Next the doors were delivered and of the 7, 4 had serious issues which required re-ordering. One door never made it to the new house and had to be obtained from another vendor. Two doors took another 2 months to arrive. The support staff at the store want to help, but are hindered by upper management requiring the sales staff to be in control. Our salesman never came back to the house once he had the deposit in his hands. They lost my interior door business because of the other problems. Six months after placing my first deposit, we have all our windows and doors in place and functioning. I will never do business with this company again.
