I got a pair of shoes for my birthday & they were a size too small. The woman let the person that bought me the gift know that if I needed a bigger size, just keep the receipt & do it before 30 days. We came in the next day, which was my birthday & we instantly had problems. I wanted the same pair of shoes, just in a size up. They wanted me to pay $20 for something that should have been an even exchange!!! Employee we dealt with was very rude.
