Rude representative on the phone and in person, her name is Sandra, on the phone she didn't want to answer my questions or gave me a real short answer, like expecting for me to just say thank you and hang up. Go elsewhere

Never do business with these people. I made a reservation and was told my rental would 344 dollars I show up to get my rental and was told the total would be a little under 700 but I needed the car so I did it. A week later I go to extend my rental and find out the charged me over 950 and I was told it was because of the deposit which was supposed to be included when I picked up the vehicle. Again I've had no choice because I needed the vehicle for work but I would never do business with these crooks again.
