Not the most friendly customer service. Borderline rude. When asked, they offered only the FULL insurance coverage for $45.99/day. And something else for like $35.99/day extra. I cannot remember the exact amount but it was expensive. Luckily I rented from enterprise before and knew about the damage waiver for way less. Seemed very dishonest to me to offer the two most expensive options only. And the car smelled like weed. I didn't care bc I was by myself. If had small children, it would have been a problem. I will avoid this location in the future.
I am sure they will have someone come write fake reviews to get their score back up. But I am an actual customer. And this is an actual review.
