Waited 15 mins for them to check and see if vehicle available, went back to counter to see progress and they told me to wait ten more minutes because of some other excuse. Mind you there were 4 employees and maybe 2 customers inside... lack of customer service and prompt service. Other Enterprise locations have way better service then this one.
