I have been seeing Dr Steen for the past 14 years and she is a good doctor but is too busy. I rarely get to see her and I have to see her nurse practitioner Julie, who is rude and doesn't seem to care at all. She never spends anytime with me, never explains, anything, and is in and out the room in about two minutes everytime. Only reason I continue to go is because I am pleased with the cesarean sections I have had with Dr Steen and I'm afraid to let another doctor do it because I have seen bad scars.
