Card system went down had a long wait and was not given another option of paying until I suggested writing a check. I understand that conversations behind the counter may be needed from time to time but often times the customer has to listen to unwanted chatter mainly because one person is being called upon. I visited a store on Plank road where they actually lock the doors while being serviced by Benders very inconvenient and that's not the first time.
