District Donuts

Went there last night for the first time around 6. There was just another couple in there. We got the Cinnamon roll, 3 donuts, chicken sandwich and the brown bag with 2 chicken sliders and cheese fries. Everything except the donuts were nice and warm. The donuts were huge but had hardened a bit and very bread-y, so was not very good. We only finished about half of each. The cinnamon roll was a hit. It was hot, the caramelized sugar tasted nice and crunchy while the center was soft but not too sweet. The sandwiches were fresh and crispy. The waffle fries were a bit soft but not too salty. The cheese sauce was nothing to write about and candied jalapenos did not have much flavor. We ordered iced mocha, which was strong and a little too bitter for our taste. We were planning to go to Nothing Bundt cakes but they closed at 6, so we ended up here. While it was a decent experience, its not a place I would seek out to go to.
