I have never met more incompetent employees and management than I have at CVS in Marksville. I've been an Extra are card member for YEARS and stopped by to grab a few items. Unfortunately, one was clearly defective and Tavia "management" could not process a simple return. And in NO way attempted to be helpful, polite, or actually provide the CUSTOMER SERVICE that she is getting PAID for. When your customers are more intelligent than you and can call other stores for help, maybe you shouldn't be in a management position. If another store is able to search inventory on their computer, I'm sure you can too. I can also Google their phone number while you "find a phonebook." Seriously, the EXCUSES made no sense. The poor cashier "Ashley" had no clue what was going on. This CVS clearly needs to increase their training, never have I ever had such a dissatisfying CVS experience.
