Creole Tomateaux is a brand new restaurant in Mandeville. It's first day open was June 20, 2017. It has a unique menu and rivals all of the restaurants that I have found in the area! The one star reviewer needs to come back, my food portions matched the price. The food is cooked once it is ordered--nothing is pre-cooked, so it is fresh! This will soon be a favorite of locals and visitors. Open everyday but Monday. Hours are 11am - 8:30pm. Love, love, love the food there! In its first week I have tried their fried green tomateaux wrap and fried catfish po-boy. Their grilled shrimp stuffed tomateaux was awesome! My favorite?? Finishing my meal with their raspberry & cream cheese logs for desert. Delicious!! When my friends want to meet for lunch I will now only taking them to Creole Tomateaux.
