Some of the previous reviews for this place are hilariously off-base. This is a cool little apartment above a cool little neighborhood bar. The neighborhood is no more dangerous than the French Quarter and is only a 5 minute walk away from Bourbon Street. The owner as well as the folks that work in the bar are wonderful and welcoming people. I'll certainly stay here again on a future trip to New Orleans.
