I just stopped into this location to finalize the final payment of my HELOC. I had the pleasure of working with a wonderful woman named Corrie F. Phillips. I live across the lake so this is not my usual branch but I was treated like royalty by Corrie and all of the staff. Seriously, I don't see this amazing level of customer service anywhere in my community and it was so refreshing. I wish I could give a higher rating because she was awesome and made me feel important and comfortable. It is a big deal to be able to pay off a loan and Corrie could feel my excitement. She acknowledged just how important a day this was for me and shared my enthusiasm. So thank you Chase for training such a wonderful asset like Corrie Phillips. She makes your whole organization look top notch! Crystal Wells Southshore...unfortunately!

This branch is always pleasant to deal with. I have never left unhappy.
