"Nice when you first meet them" has been mentioned a few times and it's true. This place was awful. Upon move in, carpets were not cleaned/stained and sticky and place was full of fruit flies, roaches and a persistent sewerage odor. Repeated treatments did nothing. Air con makes one room freezing and the other rooms hot. Were informed after signing that nothing but cars could be put in the garage (as in: nothing - not boxes or a treadmill or anything - as it violated "terms of lease"). Front staff is incredibly, remarkably rude. Surrounding neighborhood is a bit of an eyesore. Internet providers cannot provide solid speeds to this location. For what you get, the price is an insult. STAY AWAY.
