Bistro On 3rd

Very bad service was ignored and waited 20 minutes to be spoken to. Also I went to the restroom and one of the ladies in the dish section in the back of the restaurant was wearing her gloves while touching her hair her clothes and her cell phone I didn't appreciate cuz we were on our lunch break being ignored and we didn't even have time to eat our food once we got back to work I liked it better when Caitlin was the manager there
