We purchased a loveseat which had to be ordered because they did not have what we wanted in their inventory. We ordered a stock color and were never told that it would be considered a custom order, nor were we advised about their return policy. (it is printed on the back of the purchase agreement----how many people turn over the purchase agreement ?) Anyway, we are not pleased with our loveseat, and they have refused to do anything about it. Basically it's "tough ____" We will NEVER shop there again! Buyers beware!!!!!
