Prices are way to high. They do have a nice selection and neat little gadgets. Fun store to visit but but not buy.

It's probably been a year since I've been here, but I remember the staff being very polite and welcoming. That's not so much the case anymore. My husband and I were there for about 10-15 minutes and none of the employees downstairs greeted us or asked if we needed help. I think there were about five young men working today and a couple of ladies upstairs in the picture area. The ladies were kind to us. But I couldn't even get a reciprocal hello from the guy near the tents.

Excellent staff explained all features of ski jackets we purchased. Charlie was very helpful fitting my entire family . You get what you pay for and more. The entire experience was an enjoyable one.
