Auntie Anne's Pretzels

The worker was rude. They sell customers items they dont have and you have to take something else or you will be out of your money because they will not give you a refund. We walked out with anything not even our money. When i talked to the manger a couple days later he was just as rude. Im so done!!!! Oh yes this was at the pecanland mall in monroe la. and it seem im not the only one that has problems from there. It was a girl with brown hair and a smart mouth guy named Ryan!!!!!
