After a miserable three weeks trying to get Sears to come to my house, and waiting for repairmen who never showed, I called Archer Appliance Repair. I called Monday, he came Tuesday. My machine was fixed within 24 hours and the price was as quoted in advance. I could not be happier or more satisfied.
