they told me my lug nuts were stripped which were brand new and hadnt been touched since they were put on out the box. had my truck 3 hours and no help at all. i couldnt even tell who the "technicians " were it was just a bunch of guys walking around with their pants sagging past the knees. drove straight to twin tire and they were able to do it no problem. either allied lied,didnt feel like doing it or all the techs are just incompetent. they may be cheap but you get what you pay for
